No. The assistant won't place calls. It replies by text or email to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and it says it's an AI. Answering inbound calls is planned for later.

It can be, when you have prior written consent, honor opt-outs, register with carriers (A2P 10DLC) and follow your state's rules. Penalties are real. NuVentrec is being built to enforce these: texts only to contacts with a consent record, every opt-out honored across your whole account, and carrier registration before texting turns on. Yes. CSV import is part of early access, and most CRMs can export to CSV. Direct imports from specific CRMs will come later.
