How the answer is picked
- One person logging in: Solo. Two to five: Team. Six or more: Pro.
- If you want an answer within 1 business day, by email and phone, that is Pro, whatever your team size.
- Done-for-you setup is a one-time add-on for Solo and Team, and is included with Pro.
- If Solo or Team plus setup would cost more in the first year than Pro, we tell you, because Pro includes setup.
Prices are the ones on the pricing page. There is no free plan and no free trial, and accounts are opened by request. Texting is coming soon as a paid add-on and is not in these totals.

Can I change plans later?
That is the plan for when billing opens: you will be able to move between Solo, Team and Pro. Billing is not switched on yet, so today we open accounts by request. Request access.
