NuVentrec

Who it's for / Realtors

For realtors and agents

Every inquiry answered, every past client remembered.

Portal leads, sign calls, open houses and your sphere all compete for the same hours. NuVentrec is being built to get the first reply out fast, keep follow-up going, and tell you which conversations need you today.

Where agents lose business

The late reply

A buyer asks about a listing at 8 p.m. while you're at a showing. By morning they've booked with the agent who answered first.

The quiet sphere

In NAR's 2025 survey, 91% of buyers said they'd use their agent again or recommend them. That only pays off if you stay in touch for years.

Scattered history

Texts on your phone, emails in your inbox, notes on paper. When a lead finally calls back, the context is gone.

How NuVentrec helps

Fast first reply

Early access

Website and portal inquiries will get a reply in seconds, with consent on file. The assistant asks about price range, area, timing and pre-approval.

Buyer and seller pipelines

Early access

Separate stages for buyer searches and listings, from first contact to closed.

Past-client follow-up

Early access

Reminders for home anniversaries and check-ins, so your sphere hears from you, not from another agent.

One timeline per contact

Early access

Every text, email, call note and showing in one place, ready when the lead calls back.

Calendar booking

Later

Leads pick an open time on your calendar for a call or showing, and it lands in their record.

Phone answering

Later

Inbound calls answered when you can't pick up, with the details captured for your callback.

Rules to keep in mind

Texting your sphere can still count as telemarketing

  • Marketing texts sent with an autodialer need prior express written consent under the federal TCPA, and numbers on the Do Not Call Registry need consent or an established business relationship.
  • In Texas, since September 1, 2025, marketing texts count as telephone solicitation. That can mean state registration unless an exemption applies, and limited sending hours.
  • Fair housing rules apply to lead scoring and matching. NuVentrec never scores leads on protected characteristics.
