What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, your name if you give it, the role you select, the time you agreed to receive emails, and the exact consent wording you agreed to. To prevent spam we also keep your browser type and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. After you join, you can also answer four optional questions: the software you use today, your monthly lead volume, your team size, and your biggest follow-up challenge. We don't collect phone numbers on this site, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't follow you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information only to email you about NuVentrec early access and launch updates, and to keep a record that you agreed to those emails. If you answer the optional questions, we use your answers to decide what to build first. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

This site, its database, its analytics and our email forwarding run on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to unsubscribe you, or to access or delete your information, by emailing privacy@nuventrec.com. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again by mistake.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until NuVentrec launches to you or you ask us to delete it, except for the do-not-contact record described above.

Changes
